- Maintaining; Organizing documentation

- Cement Certifications (per load)

- Fly Ash Certifications (per load)

- Steel Certifications (per load)

- Admixture Certifications (per load)

- Scale Calibrations (Bi-Annual)

- Gage Calibrations

- Admixture Dosing (Annual)

- D-Load and Compressive Calibration (Annual)

- In-Process Checks (Daily)

- Daily Finished Product Checks (Daily)

- Source Aggregate Testing (Monthly-Sand & Rock)

- Water Testing (Annual)

- Coating Certifications (by project)

- Specialty Item Certifications such as: T-Lok, Ring and Cover, Frame

- Grates, Lifting Devices, etc.

- Performing & Document Raw Materials Testing Per

Company Requirements

- Aggregate Testing (Monthly)

- Compressive Cylinder Testing

- Daily Cylinder Testing-boxes, ZDP, C361, Wet-cast

- Steel Measurements (Per Load)

- Concrete Temperature (Per concrete Test)

- Slump Testing (one per day)

- Air Testing (one per day, air entrained concrete only)

- Mix Design Documentation (per Mix Design)

- Batch Analysis (Monthly per Mix Design)

- Weld Tests (when applicable)

- Gasket Testing

- Performing; Documenting Compliance Testing

D-Load (Annual minimum testing, owner testing)

Hydrostatic (Annual minimum testing, owner testing)

Joint Measurements (Micrometer or Go/No Go)

Ring Measurements Pool Equipment Upon Receipt

Plant Owned (Annual)

- In-Process or Pre-Pour Inspections (Daily)

Finished Products or Post Pour Inspections (Daily)

Steel Plate Specials (per piece)

Fittings (per piece)

Truing Ring Inspections (Annual)

Shift start: 5:00AM or 6:00AM
Shift length: 10 hours

- Associates Degree (two year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Manufacturing or Construction
