Expected to lead by example while maintaining a client focus and job responsibilities.100% Remote; M-F 8am-5pmJob Requirements: Required Experience & Technical Requirements- 7 to 12 years of management and/or technology consulting experience- 5+ years of organizational change management and/or learning and development experience- 3+ years of business development for technology solutions offerings- Bachelor degree, preferably in information in related field- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio)- Experience presenting to senior level management- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Project management skills- Customer focus and customer service skills- Leadership and resource development skillsPreferred- 7+ years of relevant management consulting experience ideally with a big-5 consulting firm- Proven history of business development success- 1 to 2 years of project management or delivery of application management, or IT outsourcing- Experience in delivering Managed Services- Working knowledge of the SDLC and/or IT OperationsTravel Requirements- Approximately less than 20% of the time to potential and current client sites location: Grand Rapids, Michiganjob type: Contractwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:Critical Attributes:- Very polished written and oral communicator across all levels of an organization- Ability to engage and manage tactical delivery on a daily basis- Attention to detail with natural sense of urgency- Proven personnel management experience- Organizational change management and learning & development background- Background experience in application development and deliveryTalent Development Program: managing Randstad's Talent Development Program ("TDP") including internal operations, continued development and maturity, strategic partnerships and client delivery- Providing thought leadership related to learning and development best practices and service delivery- Developing training strategy to meet stakeholder needs- Establishing and maintain strategic training partnerships- Identifying and develop new training content and curated learning paths- Managing TDP client engagements (see account ownership below)- Operationalizing our TDP delivery model to meet skilling of emerging talent and upskilling of experienced professionalsAccount Ownership/Management: managing relationships with key client executives at one of Randstad Technologies largest clients. Potential for managing multiple clients. Includes:- Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against plan- Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals- Building relationships with both internal and external executives- Working independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource efforts- Manage account resources and ensure client expectations are met- Liaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business vision and direction.- Ensure efforts align with that direction- Recruit new resources, capacity plan, conduct performance management- Develop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needs- Recommend business development strategies and process improvementGeneral Practice Development: contribute to overall practice success. Includes:- Providing thought leadership on technology trends and developments- Identify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capital- Providing inputs to the hiring process of new Solution Services candidates- Performing mentoring responsibilities for junior members of the team- Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communicationLead Qualification and Proposal Development: serve as a proposal design and development manager. Includes:- Assist in the pursuit of business opportunities (new and existing clients)- Qualify opportunity leads from the field to ensure fit with offerings and likelihood of pursuit success- Create or assist with creation of proposal outlines and schedules- Collaborate with internal lead qualification team to score opportunities based on strategic and financial value, competitive differentiation, and relationship maturity- Create custom presentations and credentials, based on competency or industry vertical- Manage and coordinate with other proposal teams on complex deals impacting more than one practice area- Ensure proposals are uploaded and indexed within collaboration tool for future use/reference qualifications:
