- 3-5 years Workday experience focused on configuration and platform enhancements
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborate with appropriate resources to finalize requirements and configure solutions
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements
- Capability to Identify issues proactively by participating in meetings and working with stakeholders and technical resources to determine resolution as needed
- Ability to pivot in a fast paced global environment
- Strong expertise with at least one of the following: Workday Recruiting, Workday Benefits, Workday Compensation, Workday HCM, Workday Performance, Workday Absence Management, or Workday Security
- Strong familiarity with Workday reporting functionality
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
