- Expectations to be physically at the auctions at least 3 days a week-will define days
- Networking with onsite mechanics, recon to generate leads-document so we can have the person list as a referral sources, flyers, cold calling
- Research local places to recruit from and visit-(i.e. Auto Zone, Jiffy Lube, etc)
- Daily Masks and Meetings with the HR & Business.
- Weekly meetings and recaps
- Review Wins/Challenges/Goals for Following Week
- Experience with cold calling and not afraid to do in-person lead generating with other businesses, personable and approachable,
- Knowledge of cars (i.e. from a mechanic standpoint)
