Job Description
  • Provide and explain technical concepts to the Client Sales Team, potential customers, and Client Partners
  • Articulate product/solution strategy and objectives using strong presentation skills that focus on business value.
  • Coordinate heavily with the Sales Team and the Product Team to drive sales and meet goals
  • Create and deliver energetic and in-depth solution presentations and demonstrations for the Client Sales Team, potential customers, and Client Partners
  • Produce and continually maintain technical documentation for Client Partners in conjunction with the Client Product Team
  • Work directly with the Sales Team and potential customers to support their technical needs; prospective Statement of Work (SOW), Proof of Concepts (POCs), implementations, requirements, etc.
  • Document and share feedback (product issues, feature requests, technical requirements, etc.) with Product Team and Customer Support Team
  • Earn customer trust through technical and functional expertise
  • Ongoing, proactive learning, including incorporating and sharing new knowledge and skills into your regular on the job activities
  • Respond to incoming technical inquiries from customers (and partners) to educate and influence their buying decisions
  • Adeptly communicate technical concepts to all user experience levels with native and non-native English speakers alike
  • Operate with transparency, integrity and respect that reflects a positive attitude

Qualifications
  • Geographical Information Science (GIS), Computer Assisted Drafting/Design (CADD) and Survey/Positioning familiarity (highly desired)
  • Utility and/or Infrastructure industry experience (highly desired)
  • Experience with industry positioning and locating hardware such as; Trimble, Bad Elf, Juniper, EMLID, Vivax Metrotech, Subsite Electronics, Radio Detection (highly desired)
  • Engineering & Construction (Design/Build) familiarity (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to present effectively and to sell a mobile and cloud technical solution
  • Proficiency with personal and project productivity tools including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • In addition, a college or university degree in a related field is required. This position is based in Grand Junction, CO with travel of up to 40% required.
