We are seeking candidates at both the PM and Sr. PM levels. The Denzel Group, an award-winning search firm, has been chosen to work with a Pharmaceutical industry leader in Maryland on their quest for a talented R&D IT Project Manager. This is a technology strategic advisor position supporting the R&D department, which focuses on program delivery, managing assessments and implementations for new technologies, driving technology and operational improvements, and supporting production applications as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the selection of new technologies or systems.
  • Project management: scoping, business requirements, vendor management, scheduling, risk, troubleshooting, and overall implementation, etc.
  • Manage business adoption of existing and new capabilities.
  • Support application troubleshooting.
  • Support the development of IT SOPs, Guidance, Templates, and Processes.

RequirementsSr. PM:
  • 7+ years’ IT service / business process consulting / project management.
  • 2+ years’ IT service delivery in a management role.
PM:
  • 4+ years’ IT service / business process consulting / project management.
  • 1+ years’ IT service delivery in a leadership role.
Also (for both levels):
  • Experience supporting a pharma / medical device R&D organization with business process and technical direction, including process reengineering, and the selection and deployment of new technologies.
  • CSV process experience.
