Below is the job description if need other details feel free to reach me. location(City/State/Country)Brooklyn New York/ New York City NY backup Educational Qualification · College degree preferred, applicable experience will be considered in lieu thereof Professional Qualification if any Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player.Tactfulness.Demonstrate willingness to adapt to change.Pleasant phone manner and voice.Must be a self-starter and dependable.Able to prioritize workload while remaining flexible.Confident positive manner and appearance.Customer service experience.Skills ( Mandatory)Proficient in Microsoft suite of products (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook)Able to speak/write English clearly and make self understood.Good verbal and written communication skills.Correct grammar, spelling skills, and legible writing.Skills in answering the telephone in a pleasant and helpful manner and using a multi-line phone system.Able to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.Demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.Tactfulness/soft spoken.Demonstrate willing to adapt to change.Be able to prioritize workload while remaining flexible.Confident positive manner and appearance.Additional Skills· Experience · Minimum three years related experience facility or property management coordination.Job Description SUMMARYIncumbent responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, schedule meetings and rooms.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES· Answer phones and route calls to specific people/departments.· Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable, call persons waiting for visitor and book them a room to meet in.· Schedule meetings, conference rooms and shared spaces.· Responsible for monitoring and ensuring offices are stocked with supplies including but not limited to standard office, break room and copier supplies.· Ensure reception and common areas are tidy.· Coordinate office activities.· Provide security access as per company policy· Give visitors badges and direct them to where they can sign in.· Update floor/seating plans· Coordinate with building team for handling various maintenance requests to facilities and equipment such as light bulb replacement, toilets, lavatories, etc· Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting copier and other facility equipment.· Perform basic, filing, and clerical duties.· Knows all safety and emergency procedures and Is aware of accident prevention policies.Security Roles & Responsibilities· Register and issue security id badges to employees and visitors· Maintain and update access control recordsAny Other Remarks· Manual and finger dexterity. May be required to lift up to 30 pounds.· Correctable hearing and vision within normal limits.· The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
