The Network Technician I position requires an entry-level, IT-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. Under direct guidance, the Network Technician I will perform custom network support. This position requires the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Respond to assignments for ticketing system and document resolution• Installs and deployment of workstations• Assistance and troubleshooting of workstations, software and hardware• Software installs, upgrades and updates• Collaboration with team• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Qualifications & Experience• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
