– Content DeveloperWe are looking for a talented and motivated individual to develop training content and deliver training courses for both tools and functional content, for one of our clients in Denver, CO (80237). Starting salary range:

$75,000 - $80,000/year, depending on experience.

Position located in Denver, CO; All applicants should be prepared to work three or more days onsite in the office.

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the training requirements
  • Research, analyze, and author content with guidance from a senior trainer or other Subject Matter Experts
  • Edit content for convention and style to maintain proper look and feel in all documentation
  • Develop training exercises applicable to a given course and test software to confirm that it works according to said exercises
  • Conduct training, both virtual and in-person
  • Seek feedback from learners and incorporate into future trainings
  • Work with video editor to develop on-demand content
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the training processes
  • Contribute to department internal practices and procedures

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience working with ERP software as a trainer, implementer, or tester
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science
  • Ability to speak and write clearly, so that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand
  • Ability to describe complex processes clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated eye for detail and consistency
  • Effective time-management skills; ability to prioritize, follow-through with tasks, juggle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable presenting to a broad audience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, projects, distribution or manufacturing
  • Basic familiarity with the agile software development process

  • As a member of the Training team, you will not only learn the software, but also develop relevant content, create applicable exercises, and conduct training to our employees, partners, and customers.
  • Training team members work independently, but within the framework of a close-knit team.
  • Prospective individuals must have detailed product/functional knowledge in one of the client's key product areas and ideal candidates would have one or more of the following skills: Implementation experience, a good working knowledge of project and training tools, exposure to instructional design concepts and change management methodologies.
  • This role requires expert communication skills, willingness to take on a wide range of responsibilities, and the ability to drive a project (end to end course) holistically.
