IT Support SpecialistWarren Systems Group is an established boutique MSP is seeking outstanding geeks with social skills to work on our busy support desk and in the field as you serve our demanding clientele. In addition you will participate in project work as needed. We need someone who is willing to put clients first and is not afraid of hard work. A sense of urgency is key when supporting our users.Despite that urgency, we are acutely aware of the impact Covid has had on our team and on our customers. Your safety and the safety of your families will always come first.Your time will be split between providing Windows desktop support via phone and remote and by on-site visits. While the vast majority of travel is in NYC, there may be some limited travel in the tri-state area and northeast. You must have at least 5 years MSP/IT or similar experience with a high level of comfort with all thing’s desktop and some server capabilities.Specific experience with

Office 365 administration including OneDrive and Sharepoint online are big pluses.

More Specifically: Microsoft Teams, 365, Sharepoint, and AAD administration, Office 365, Azure, AAD administration, Mobile Device Management using InTune, RDS, WVD, Break-Fix, Sharepoint, OneDrive, New Workstation Builds.

Recent Microsoft certifications are strong positives.You must present professionally and be able to communicate well whether in person, video, or writing.
