Position Description:

Overview:Our Client is seeking a Field Tech Support who will in coordination with the End-User Support team and Network Operations team, will assist in the setup, configuration, and diagnostics/troubleshooting of Access Points and Windows upgrades on various computers.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists project team with the setup and installation of wireless access points at Client sites across the state. Assist project team will upgrading computers to Windows 10 at various Client locations
  • Follows prescribed processes and procedures and provides information to IT project managers.
  • The position will be utilized for 40 hours per week for the duration of this project. The selected candidate should be able to work flexible hours where it may be necessary for work to be completed outside traditional business hours.
  • The candidate will work closely with the End-User Support staff and Network Operations staff to identify, prioritize, and schedule workload and implementation following Client IT standards, policies, and procedures.

Required Skills:
  • Windows 10.
  • Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Access Point Installation.

Preferred Skills:
  • MS System Center.
  • Window 10 Enterprise.

Required Education:
  • Associates Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Certification(s):
  • A+ Certification
  • Dell Tech Direct certification
