- Act as a business advisor to US Cloud’s customers, providing services aligned to the customer’s priorities and maximize the business value of their Microsoft investment.
- Provide front-line, customer facing support to drive growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of new technology and innovations in IT regarding Microsoft’s suite of products.
- Focus on experience with MS licensing and MS cloud technologies.
- Able to make timely and objective decisions under difficult circumstances.
- Consistently demonstrate strong organizational, communication, project management, change management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and conduct trend analysis to identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Convey thoughts and ideas in a clear and logical manner.
- Able to build strong client relationships and influence business leaders by demonstrating accountability and trust.
- Actively participate in company training and engage in continuous education events.
- Develop and deliver training to company employees on area of expertise.
- 5+ years of experience in an Enterprise support environment with a strong understanding of corporate account support needs and emerging Microsoft trends.
- 5+ years of experience in two or more of the following: enterprise resource planning facilitating digital transformation discussions and strategy, database systems, messaging, management, and operations, and/or security. Products may include, but are not limited to: Windows Server, Win10, Active Directory, Systems Center, Azure, Office 365; SharePoint Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server, and Dynamics ERP.
- Highly refined oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate, convey ideas, and build strong client relationships with all levels of staff including executive leadership.
- Prior Pre-Sales experience in Microsoft Solutions/Services strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft technology product suite. Able to discuss products with technical and non-technical team members, conveying confidence and understanding with both audiences.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Able to conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Skilled at communicating with technical and non-technical audiences and translating somewhat abstract information into easily understandable information that all audiences can clearly interpret.
- Proven ability to communicate at all levels of an organization from line management through executive level, and CIO.
- Experience working with Salesforce or equivalent CRM solutions.
- Use of Video Conferencing Platforms – (Microsoft Skype / Cisco WebEx / Citrix GoToMeeting).
- ITIL/ITSM service delivery ticket solution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or business preferred.
- Microsoft certifications desirable.
