Work: Work on a small service desk 4-5 people supporting 500 users located all over the U.S. No shift work. Day starts at 7am. The team supports Office 365, conducts laptop refreshes, and provides mobile phone, light network, and peripheral support. Support includes executive users. Additionally the team participates in projects multiple times a year. Requirement: Must have good phone communication skills. Service oriented and professional. 2-3 years experience on a level one or level two technology help desk supporting end-users.Schedule: Work 2 days in the office per week with every other Friday off. It is called a 9/80 schedule meaning you put in 80 hours over 9 days as opposed to 10. You work 2 days in the office and 3 days virtual one week then the next week you work 2 days in the office and 2 days virtual and you have Friday off. They hire smart people who are cultural matches not necessarily the ones that have all the technical skills they need walking in the door. At this time the position is contract with an option to hire.
