Senior Consultant, Tech Solutions

Job Overview: Responsible for the on-time completion of service delivery, managed services, or implementation oriented client projects. Manages a cross-functional team (onshore/ offshore) to achieve project delivery success. Identifies and elevates potential new business opportunities. Provides Technical Leadership to the project team.

Description of Position: For our Healthcare customers (Pharma, Bio-Tech, Life Sciences) implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions using our flag-ship product IQ 20/20. Work in an agile environment that is all about solving the customer’s problem. Below is an overview of the type of work involved with each project you will be implementing:

• Implement custom Reporting, Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions with our flagship product, IQ 20/20.

• Work in an Agile environment that is all about solving the customer’s problem.

• Work with our Implementation Manager and clients to understand client’s data, business and all rules and nuances around the data.

• Produce business and technical requirements of the project

• Develop mockups of reports & dashboards using Excel, PowerPoint and review with the Client

• Iterate project plans through detailed design sessions.

• Work with technical resources downstream so they can develop based on design.

• Work with the Quality Assurance team to explain the data & report requirements.

• Participates/leads teams in the design, development and delivery of technology/service based projects or components of larger, complex projects

• Proposes and delivers cost effective solutions to meet these requirements.

• Performs qualitative/quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and develop client specific solutions.

• Designs, structures and delivers client reports and presentations.

• Recommends improvements and alternative solutions.

• Provides follow-up with internal and/or external client to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proactively develops broader and deeper knowledge of technology/services solutions and trends for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences market.

• Begins to develop practice specific subject matter expertise, either in technology & applications consulting or functional areas for the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.

• Ability to manage work streams, assigning tasks and driving them to completion. May assist with business development activities.

• Be responsible for the overall quality of the application from a data standpoint.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of strong Data Analysis/Business Analysis experience.

• Ability to be client facing and work in a professional manner.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other Analysis tools.

• Strong organization skills and work ethic.

• Solid project management, client influencing and relationship building skills.

• Strong technical architecture / design or development experience desired.

• Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

• Experienced with developing consultative relationships with senior level managers and executives at clients in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.

• Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech industry experience is preferred
