Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Take ownership of the facility management for our rapidly increasing number of Flink hub locations
• Manage a team of rollout managers that introduce new equipment and facility improvements to our Flink hub locations in the Benelux
• Take a central part of our operations team. This includes collaborating and supporting decisions across multiple departments
• Design, plan and manage all construction and remodeling projects
• Actively come up with improvement ideas / relevant innovations for our hub locations
• Be the point of contact for external contractors, service providers and take on proactive communication for changes towards landlords and real estate agents

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant work experience in a high-growth environment, in the area of operations, construction or facility management
• Experience with managing external contractors
• You are a planning and organizational talent
• You can work under pressure in a flexible, pragmatic and implementation-oriented manner
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English
• You are a team player
• Last but not least, you also have a driver's license
