Training Content Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

• As part of the process & training team within hub operations you create visually appealing training videos and other materials for our operations teams

• Ensure complex processes are visualized in digestible and appealing manner

• Set up and maintain a training content platform

• Collaborate closely with the process & training manager to define training scope, content modules and ways to animate

• At the same time you act as our Flink ambassador and spread our spirit!

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in creating video content (animation or via film editing)

• You have some experience in the creation and development of online training materials

• You are pragmatic in your approach to content creation (i.e. find a balance between attention to detail and making progress)

• You are familiar with content management

• You have experience or affinity with operations and retail

• You have very good communication skills and are fluent in Dutch and English

• You are a team player and see yourself as a person who can work under pressure in a committed, flexible, pragmatic and implementation-oriented manner

• You have good MS Office / GSuite skills
