Tradeplus24 is headquartered in Zurich (Switzerland) with local offices in London (UK), Melbourne (Australia), Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and more to come. And we are now expanding our NL team!

Tradeplus24 has an opening for a Head of Mid-Office. We are looking for an experienced operations officer who enjoys building and scaling a Mid-Office operations team in the fintech lending industry.

• Prepare to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team members to ensure superior client experience for both prospective and existing customers
• As the company grows, you will expand and lead a team that sets the example for best-in-class customer service
• Amongst your daily tasks are Cash Management, Control disbursements, A/P admin (in close collaboration with our external accountant), support international collections and payments
• Help to improve and automate our existing product and procedures to deliver excellent client experience, drive business growth, mitigate risk, and increase scalability
• Ensure all accounts are reconciled on a monthly basis and oversee the process of collection of overdue accounts
• Support with general accounting activities as needed and perform ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to comply with reporting requirements as required

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in mid-office / operations for financial services
• Comprehensive financial product and services knowledge
• Proven team management skills
• Native Dutch and fluent in English
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree or similar in business, finance or an economics related discipline
