Blake Properties is looking for a property manager, must have A+ customer service to all residents with an understanding of the landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, honest, trustworthy, is a team player, friendly but firm, self-starter, able to multitask in a busy environment, meet deadlines, is detail-oriented, organized, professional, familiar with computers, other office equipment, and software.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES
Use your leasing and sales experience to lease apartments.
Promote resident satisfaction and retention by regularly responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
Take all appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
Use property management software to record, track, and report on all workings of the community.
ACCOUNTING & BOOKKEEPING
Maintain all property accounting and reporting, including collecting and posting rent, financial and leasing reports, month end, pre close, bank deposits and ensuring a balanced rent roll.
Process invoices for payment.
Collect rent, fees, and other payments.
TEAMWORK
Manage and lead a team to repair and make ready apartments.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Criminal Background and Drug Screening is conducted
