Seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Line Cook to help open a new restaurant on an island in the Caribbean. This is a temporary position that will last approximately 2-3 months. Must be knowledgeable and proficient in a variety of cooking skills and techniques.

All travel to and from the island will be provided. Lodging and meals provided. You will have very few expenses as most everything will be provided for you while you are here.

Must show proof of Covid vaccination. Must be fit, healthy and physically able to work an 8 hour or more shift standing and moving and lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to work well with others in a team oriented organization Must be willing and able to learn and take direction.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to help open a brand new, exciting, waterfront restaurant on a beautiful tropical island in the Caribbean during the warm and sunny season of December - February.

Pay is negotiable and commensurate with experience, knowledge and good references. Management or supervisor experience a plus.
