Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

Full Circle Care (FCC) is hiring Direct Support Professionals to work with young adults with different-abilities. FCC is dedicated to providing a family-oriented environment for staff and residents while promoting the dignity and respect of all involved. Are you looking for more than just a “Job”? WHAT DOES A DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL DO?

Help adults living with different-abilities with the following:

- Ambulation (walking with assistance, wheelchair use and hoyer lifts)

- Personal care tasks (like daily grooming, dressing, hygiene)

- Meal preparation, formula preparation

- Tube feedings and feeding with adaptive equipment

- Observing and reporting changes in consumer health/condition

- Cleaning and housekeeping tasks

- Goal achievement and independent living skills

- Hourly checks and positioning adjustments

Starting pay: $12.50-$15.00hour

Typical Shift Times:

2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:15pm

3rd shift:10pm - 6:15am

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Must be able to be active on your feet for 8-10 hours

Must be able to lift 50 pounds without restriction

Must be 18 years old
