Job Summary:

As a General Labor Associate at Performance Pallet there is a wide range of job opportunities throughout our different departments. Each department comes with its own challenges as well as opportunity. We will look to place you in a department best suited for your skills and abilities. All positions are physically demanding and require that certain efficiency rates be met. You will be given the proper training and time so that you are able to meet these goals.

Pay:

Starting at $15.00/Hour!

All production employees are eligible for an attainable incentive program, with earning capabilities of $1.00+ per hour

Schedule/Shift:

A-Shift - Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:00pm

C-Shift - Friday thru Sunday 6:00am – 6:00pm

Essential Duties of the Job:

Maintaining clean and organized work area

Perform basic job duties as requested by Supervisor/Area leader

Fill out paperwork

Must meet efficiency standards set by the company

Work in a safe manner

Physically Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Lift 25 – 50 pounds consistently throughout the day
