Job Description

This position is responsible for providing Quality Service and support to our Customers and our team. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Quality Services.

Responsibilities regarding Quality Service

  • Manage the operations of the Quality Service functions as follows:
  • Perform site inspection reviews under an assigned region.
  • Generate work orders from the inspection reviews.
  • Proactively educate and assist contractors, while resolving service issues as needed.
  • Assist with timely resolution to customer issues regarding servicing sites, and verify whenthe work is completed.
  • Manage snow events and after hours calls.
  • Locate potential contractor partners and assign to sites for landscaping, sweeping and snow removal contracts.
  • Occasionally visit sites to meet with customers, as requested.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Regarding Contractor Partner Relationships

  • Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and terminating contractor partners.
  • Effectively communicate to recruit new contractor partners.
  • Develop relationships with contractors to ensure service is being provided to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Educate contractors on Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Update contractor information as needed.
  • Help provide resolution to contractor partner inquiries.
  • Ensure the service calendar is followed successfully and all contracted services are performed. Obtain service schedules as required.
  • Manage property damage to ensure repairs are completed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities regarding Administrative Functions

  • Generate charts, spreadsheets, and other reports in computer system using the Microsoft Office suite and Dentco’s software database.
  • Communicate routine correspondence to internal and external customers.
  • Create and distribute reports to monitor the contractor partner’s performance progress toward zero defects.
  • Enter photos and work site specifications into Dentco’s software database, as required.
  • Maintain good relationships with all areas of the Company by answering requests for information.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional work atmosphere with other employees, as well as customers, contractors, and the general public.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of professional experience.
  • Minimum of one year in the landscape/snow industry (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Additional Information

Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Must have valid driver's license with a good driving record
