RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Social Media Manager in Irvine, CA.What the client offers: Competitive salary 401k with company match Health insurance Advancement opportunities Fun office atmosphere Flexible hybrid work scheduleResponsibilities: Social Media Manager will own the social media content calendar and align with the marketing calendar to push timely content across channels Provide overall strategy on social media to increase visibility, traffic, and brand influence Work with content team to establish graphics and copy that are on brand and communicate key values of brand and products As a Social Media Manager, you will engage with and manage community of followers Works with marketing and other departments to define, develop, and allocate budget for social media strategies; Deploys campaigns and messaging across all channels Stay abreast of changing algorithms to identify trends and create compelling content Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers that will elevate the brand presence Social Media Manager leads social media strategy meetings with key internal stakeholders to suggest new ideas and report out on campaigns Establishes key performance indicators and evaluates the effectiveness of current social media strategies and provides suggestions for revised directionREQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand 3+ years of experience in CPG products Experience with advanced targeting methods including creating custom and lookalike audiences Basic photographic and image manipulation skills Highly organized with excellent time management skills Takes initiative and is a passionate self-starterKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
