We have been in business for more than 25 years, manage properties in several SE Wisconsin communities, and offer expertise in the industry and job security. Some background in property management is desirable but not required. General office, customer service, and light accounting experience is helpful.

Skills required:

- Customer service orientation and friendliness

- Problem solving and critical thinking

- Teamwork and communication

- Comfort with MS Office and organizing with calendars and other systems; familiarity with property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, etc.) preferred

General duties:

- Interact with tenants, provide service, answer questions, and problem solve

- Enter work orders and consult with staff / maintenance; track progress

- Communicate with tenants by phone or email; send notices and updates

- Update records and organize files

- Help manage the move in and move out process; coordinate with other staff and contractors

- Assist with general property details related to rules, parking, community issues, etc.

- Assist with check entry and batch deposits

Our office is located near 13th and Layton / General Mitchell Airport. Hours are Monday - Friday from approximately 9:00AM to 5:00PM (no weekends).
