Project Manager Assistant

General Contractor looking for a Project Manager Assistant to assist multiple Project Managers. Duties include but are not limited to:

Project Logistic Coordination

Coordinate Travel, Housing, and Grocery Orders for Out of Town Projects

Order Office Supplies

Project Submittals

Completion of Operation and Maintenance Manuals

Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Individual must possess excellent customer service, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
