RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a Business Process Analyst Project Manager. Responsibilities: Business Process Analyst Project Manager will define and drive operational improvement efforts across functional teams Manage and optimize the flow of work products using various tools, such as the Program Boards, Chalk Pages, Kanban Boards, and custom JIRA dashboards Establish and communicate the timelines and iterations for the delivery of components for the program Coordinate activities and enable collaboration across all impacted teams / areas Business Process Analyst Project Manager will interface with Operations Teams to ensure that partnerships are maintained and releases are handed-off with success Broadly communicate release commitments Combine metrics from teams to a program level reporting view Identify internal and external dependencies that impact work; manage program level risks and dependencies across teams Report planning results and epic status to management, business owners, epic owners, product owners, and other stakeholders Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other value stream stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment across releases Cross application/ department/ function release planning, coordination and execution Business Process Analyst Project Manager will conduct Release Design reviews, pre-leadership reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews Communicate release details and schedules to the Stakeholders via weekly intake and review Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and adhere to defined Release processesREQUIREMENTS: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience 2+ years of experience supporting software delivery lifecycles of high-technical organizations Self-starter, self-motivated, driven individual Learning mindset, organizational skills, analytical mindset, strategic mindset Power user of Jira Strong understanding of software development lifecycle Working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation tools Possess a set of attitudes and beliefs that support an agile work environment Display professional, positive, and approachable attitude/demeanor and discretion Ability to track multiple test efforts simultaneously and to be able to synthesize the results in fast paced environmentKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
