They are seeking a strong Desktop Support Specialist who will assist with managing their internal corp wide desktop and service desk platform

Skills:
  • Administer, troubleshoot, resolve problems, monitor, and conduct performance management and reporting of Desktop environment
  • Setup and resolve issues with Windows and Mac environment
  • Administration and management of telephony systems
  • Hyper-V VM Management
  • NICE inContact & RingCentral VOIP services
  • Crestron Conference Room Systems o Webroot Antivirus
  • Apple device support
  • Amazon Web Services
