Job Description:Responsible for designing and developing complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Ensures that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Ensures solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Possess strong proficiency in development and testing practices common to the industry, and have extensive experience of using design and architectural patterns. At this level, specializations start to form in either Architecture, Test Engineering or DevOp. Contributes to story refinement/defining requirements. Participates and guides team in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle. Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas. Codes solutions and unit tests to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements. Assists team with resolving technical complexities involved in realizing story work. Designs/develops/modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained. Designs/develops/maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance). Sets up and develops a continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline. Automates manual release activities. Mentors other Software Engineers and coaches team on CI-CD practices and automating tool stack. Individual contributor.Global Banking Technology - (GBT):

Overview:We are the Fulfillment & Service, AML & Tax Technology group providing technology support to three primary critical banking functions: Treasury Fulfilment, Servicing & Operations, Global Payment Operations, and GBAM AML & Tax. The group provides support for various technologies used in the wholesale contact centers inclusive of telephony integration, workflow solutions, and documentation processes. Additionally, the group has various connections to efforts with CashPro and Wholesale Credit technology teams.We are looking for an experienced developer to develop, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions.The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.Responsibilities:Develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests software applications that support business units or supporting functions. These application program solutions may involve diverse development platforms, software, hardware, technologies and tools. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. May provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource. Will not have direct reports but may lead projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations. May have responsibility for a project and project budget. May collaborate with external programmers to coordinate delivery of software application. Routine accountability is for technical knowledge and capabilities. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned consultants. Typically requires 5-7 years of experience.Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field is required
  • Driving a shared service strategy and performance culture.
  • Relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile)
  • Advanced Skills in jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript
  • Strong experience in Java/J2EE, , Web Services, SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle)
  • Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, WebLogic Application server
  • Strong experience in Integration Technology - Mule ESB & IDE
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing and Web Services.
  • Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Causal analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.
