Job DescriptionSNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Desktop Support professional. The Desktop Support professional will be responsible for providing customer support with computer problems. The Desktop Support professional will answer phones and resolve computer issues. The Desktop Support professional will offer technical assistance to all end users. Key Responsibilities: The Desktop Support professional will work to improve phone accuracy and ensure quality service. The Desktop Support professional will be responsible for maintaining IT equipment information. The Desktop Support professional reset passwords. The Desktop Support professional will respond to phone calls and e-mails. The Desktop Support professional will set up company equipment for the employee and install minor repairs to hardware or peripheral equipment.Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position starts at $27.50 per hour.
