ON-SITE UNLESS AGENCY APPROVES REMOTE.DUE 10/21AGILE COACH 3Individual will be senior advisor for project development and delivery to help guide the agency in an Agile transformation. Activities include, but not limited to, Agile coaching/training, Scrum Master activities, technology and business planning and implementation. Independent verification and validation.Individual will help train corporate teams on the agile methodology and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization. They are responsible for guiding teams through the implementation process and are tasked with encouraging workers and leadership to embrace the agile methodology.Eight or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.II.
