Mid Level Java Developer

Job Description This well-known trading services company located in Philadelphia is looking to hire a Mid-Level Java Developer to join their core trading platform team. They have a large technology hub in Philadelphia, and you will get to be a part of an innovative team that is constantly assessing market-moving insights. This role is currently fully remote but will transition into a hybrid schedule in the near future. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in either Java or C and is looking for individuals to come in with distributed system experience. This is a high-frequency, high-availability platform so experience working on similar platforms is required. Required Skills & Experience

• Intermediate to expert level in Java or C
• Previous experience working with distributed systems
• Previous experience building REST APIs
• Excellent communication skills

• Previous experience with Spring or Spring Boot
• Previous experience with Microservices
• Previous experience working with Relational databases
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
