Essential Functions:
  • Lead the development and delivery of IT solutions across various technologies including:
    • Mobile development, user experience, application development, system integration and implementations
    • Data management, visualization, strategy and architecture
    • IT Strategy and program management
    • Manage all aspects of projects throughout the SDLC including: estimation, sprint planning, requirements gathering, architecting, developing, testing, issue/risk management, change control and delivery.
  • Well versed with Agile development methodologies to drive and deliver business solutions; experience coaching clients/project teams on Agile best practices.
  • Experience leading multiple work streams and/or project teams to execute against an existing work order.
  • Act as a central point of contact between the business and technical team(s).
  • Manages and monitors project schedules, cost, and project teams to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Helps assist with SOW creation, resource planning, and client presentations.
  • Successfully manages project expectations and clarify roles and responsibilities when needed.
  • Promotes internal career growth and development of team members and junior resources.
  • Identifies, pursues, and provides business development support for growing client portfolios.
  • Approve and manage invoices, timesheets and expenses to meet budget requirements.

Desired Experience:
  • 5+ years of successfully managing client facing technical and/or data projects
  • Consulting/professional services experience preferred
  • Ability to guide technical and functional resources to effective delivery of projects
  • Training and certifications will be considered (PMI certification a plus)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft data analysis and BI tool set a plus
