The work would include rebasing our code regularly with upstream opensource projects and resolving merge conflicts. This would also involve improving the automation of our processes by developing scripts that would make seamless build and continuous integration environment for our OpenBMC firmware.Key skills include:BS Computer Science

C programming (3-5 yrs experience)

Bash and/or Python scripting

Knowledge of using/working with Git and Github is critical. This is especially important when it comes to rebasing code from upstream opensource projects using Git/Github and pulling that code into our downstream IBM product code.

Knowledge of Jenkins is also desirable.

Knowledge of Yocto bitbake skills is also desirable,

Ability to write scripts to Git/Github/Slack APIs for automation purpose

Experience in process automation
