What will you do as a Reservations Agent?

Do you know the Vail area? Breckenridge or Keystone? This helps, since you'll provide local expertise and guidance for transportation options: shared and private shuttles, and private SUVs

You'll talk to guests from all over the country, looking to reserve transportation

Learn the reservation system (Hudson)

Understand shuttle services so that you can coordinate & book travel reservations over the phone

Reservations Agents' Responsibilities Include:

Answer phones in a polite and professional manner

Create and update reservations for shared shuttles, private cars and private shuttles

Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with both guests and coworkers, even when it's busy

Work with other departments like Dispatch, Airport Operations, and Group Sales

Qualifications:

Attention to detail

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Bi-Lingual is a PLUS!

Be comfortable working on a computer
