We have a lot of moving parts and need someone to help keep us running at full steam.Our company works as an integrated team, and our customers come first, so experience working in the construction or service industry with customers and field staff is what we are looking for. You thrive in a mildly chaotic environment where your organizational skills and ability to stay calm and switch priorities quickly is greatly appreciated.If exceptional customer service is your superpower, and you've done some scheduling and basic customer billing and you're ready for a new challenge, let's talk!
You Value: Service, Teamwork, Trust What you'll be doing:- Scheduling and coordinating service calls, technicians and materials ensuring complete customer satisfaction
- Recording and processing accurate, timely invoices and following up for prompt payments
- Making sure the service team has everything they need to get their jobs done by anticipating needs and clearing obstacles - tracking jobs, follow-appointments and inventory
- Answering calls, sorting mail, filing, and pitching in wherever you can to keep the office humming
- Representing Kerwin Plumbing & Heating with your positive attitude and infectious energy!
Qualifications
What you'll bring:- At least 2 years of customer service and scheduling experience in a small but busy office in the construction or service industry
- Exposure to basic data entry and processing invoices in a mainstream accounting software – we use QuickBooks
- Technically savvy with strong MS Office skills and experience with scheduling software
- Amazing customer service skills – active listener with a genuine desire to help people
- Brilliantly organized, resourceful, and self-directed – you have a system for everything but can switch priorities quickly
- Friendly, outgoing and truly enjoy working with people and respect each human's unique contribution
- A commutable distance to Broomfield office and available 7 AM – 4 PM Monday - Friday
