Change instrumentation, collect data, change/modify parts through test iterations, and support engineering by instrumenting trucks for data collection.Technician / MechanicMin. 5 years of truck service or Heavy Duty Truck Education DiplomaGood understanding of A/C SystemsBasic understanding of AC/DC Electrical SystemsMust have basic PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, OutlookShould be able to perform Truck and Trailer alignmentsMust have own toolsMust be willing to travelIdentify different types of instrumentation, understand application, and understand functionSupport engineering by instrumenting trucks for data collection during testing activities.Change instrumentation, collect data, change/modify parts through test iterationsMust have basic PC skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, OutlookPerform vehicle retrofits including custom installations to prepare vehicles for test.Routine maintenance and inspections on class 8 vehiclesProgramming and troubleshooting of vehicle systems using service tool Standard shift is Mon - Fri 7:00 4:00. Certain tests require weekend support.
