A client in the online education industry is looking for a Digital Paid Search Manager to add to their growing team. This manager will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing performance for ad campaigns (Google Ad's and Bing) across multiple accounts. This role will also oversee the work of two direct reports also focused on Paid Search strategy. This individual should have expert knowledge of paid search platforms and campaigns, coupled with excellent communication and research skills. They will be working closely with various other teams across marketing daily. Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience in paid search management
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads and ability to maintain/optimize campaigns
- Experience managing a Google Ad's budget
- Strong experience with Google Analytics
- Advanced Excel experience/knowledge
- Experience managing relationships across various teams and channels
- Demonstrates a positive, can do attitude
- Strategic thinker
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM
- Experience with Hubspot or similar
- 40% Leadership
- 60% Hands on
- Competitive Pay: up to $40-45/an hour, DOE
- Contract: 6 months to a year before conversion
- Conversion Salary: $75,000-$85,000 base, plus 15% bonus
