It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company’s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo’s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.This position will serve as a Product Owner/Product Manager 4 for Corporates Properties Group technology products/suites to build the most efficient and effective solutions to support the business needs. This role will lead/coordinate large, complex, cross-functional initiatives related to the integration and implementation of various Corporate Properties technology applications. Serves as the liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis and solutions for highly complex business problemsHe/she will lead cross-functional / virtual teams in strategizing, planning, and executing efforts across business owners and technology teams to implement overarching product strategies. The role will collaborate with business owners, technology partners, and other key stakeholders to maintain an implementation road map and ensure delivery plans align.Responsibilities:Leads product vision, definition, goals, and direction in partnership with business process and functional owners to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes to meet business goals and objectives

Develop business requirements– including User Stories, UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, and Supplemental Specifications– for complex capabilities.

Works with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.

Drives requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/ competitor opportunities.

Leads backlog prioritization in coordination with business process owner to meet business objectives and deliver value.

Adjusts planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.

Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.

Ensures cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.

Enhances and monitors key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities

Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery

Outstanding problem solving skills

2+ years of Agile experience

Other Desired QualificationsKnowledge and understanding real estate technology and tools and/or experience as a product owner for other corporate services functions

Self-starter, with a proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, diagnose opportunities and implement operationally often in ambiguous environments

Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders and interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management

Ability to manage large scale program initiatives in a complex environment and work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Job ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 20% of the time
