Coordinates activities and flow of work for recruitment services, and provides support for the recruitment process. Partners with senior staff for recruiting and selection activities.Work Schedule: Full Time

DaysResponsibilities:Leads on-boarding processes for new employees utilizing applicant tracking system. Communicates with new employees, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the on-boarding process.Maintains up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, legal, and health system requirements. Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Serves as an expert resource for on-boarding procedures and requirements.Partners with Recruiter Sr to provide recruiting support to assigned service line(s) or recruiting programs, including: screening candidates to set criteria, assisting hiring team with selection process and assisting with the offer process for selected finalists.Develops recruiting techniques which include conducting initial interviews, testing, checking background/references, participating in hiring manager intake sessions and quarterly business reviews. Facilitates the candidate experience by providing timely and accurate communication to all candidates throughout the selection process.Within

scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the

ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a

fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:Credentials:

IFAPPLICABLE : BLS through the American Heart Association or theAmerican Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand beforestart date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days ofhire. All life support certification cards must be issued by eitherthe American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for theProfessional Rescuer. (American Red Cross for the Professional Rescuer is onlygood upon hire and all renewals will need to be through an American HeartAssociation sanctioned course.)

The

pay range for this position is: $24.110000- $36.170000 / hour . Pay is dependent on

applicant's relevant experience.An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and
