We are looking for a talented individual with experience with training course development, Web-based educational models, and corresponding software tool knowledge. In this position, you will create new courses, update existing courses, and drive our LMS offerings.The ideal individual will have experience developing software product training, and have LMS experience. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can easily work with our internal employees and external clients in developing software training content.Recommended responsibilities:Curriculum Development•Design and develop on-premise, online, and blended learning materials including all course materials, exercises, and skill evaluations.•Design and maintain SCORM-compliant training materials for customers and partners•Edit and standardize materials prepared by other team members•Develop and implement courseware guidelines•Generate business requirements for new training•Collaborate with the Education team, program owners, and managers to assess learning needs as dictated by the Education Team's mission, goals, and objectives.Curriculum Management•Develop product knowledge expertise to support new products and version releases•Develop and maintain customized product training content•Coordinate and manage training calendar for weekly, live training sessions•Take an active role to coordinate and maintain e-learning offerings within the LMS by posting and updating training content, course materials, assessments, job tutorials, job aids, etc.•Collaborate with various groups to coordinate, develop, maintain, and evaluate course materials, software applications, and teaching tools.•Review and update training materials and documentation.Curriculum Deployment•Construct a delivery mechanism for quick release of content•Build and maintain content release notesQualifications:•Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or equivalent job experience•2-4 years of experience designing and/or delivering software training required•Well-versed in multimedia technology•Versed in project management practices•Technical writing experience•Aptitude to develop proficiency in all areas of the software•Works well under deadlines in a sometimes fast-paced product development lifecycle•Creative thinking and problem-solving skills•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written•Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively•Able to communicate effectively both up and down the organization•Excellent with Microsoft Office
