Highlights:As the Principal Enterprise Product Designer for User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX), you are the expert in architecting and designing innovative products and features. You guide the creation of new product solutions by collaborating with internal and external teams while supporting features across multiple applications. You maximize the department by serving as a subject matter expert for multiple programs and systems. You thrive in an office environment working with several teams simultaneously. You report directly to the Senior Director of Experience Design for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Encourage company-wide excellence through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Support the creation of quality product requirements by serving as the specialist for mockup designs.
  • Ensure a positive user experience by leading the design of information architecture and wireframes that meet business goals.
  • Influence the entire design team to drive cross-platform consistency.
  • Design, integrate, monitor and troubleshoot design specifications to ensure the success of implementations.
  • Mitigate risks by organizing files and following all established design patterns when applicable.
  • Resolve issues by managing design requirements and wireframe reviews and brainstorming sessions.
  • Align teams to ensure all stakeholders understand the expectations, priorities and necessary deliverables.
  • Lead the design team to clarify or define a specific application's look and feel.
  • Deliver quality results to the design team by serving as the expert for industry best practices.

Required keys for success:
  • Five or more years of experience with common interface tools, such as Figma, Axure, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Sketch.
  • Five or more years of experience with basic prototyping tools, such as Invision, Flinto or Marvel.
  • Ten or more years of digital design experience.
  • Demonstrated UI and UX design skills via portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific nomenclature.
  • Proven experience creating highly detailed annotated wireframes, user flows and process flows within consumer applications.
  • Expert in the latest design techniques.
  • Knowledgeable of user-centered design (UCD) process methods to digital applications from concept to launch.
  • Track record of sketching and generating big-picture ideas for early-stage UX work.
  • Solid time management skills with the ability to be self-direct as needed.
  • Confident when presenting and selling ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Extensive experience planning and facilitating user research and usability tests and estimating projects.
  • Familiar with UX best practices.
  • Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to deliver against several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Fully engaged and positive member of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Your education:
  • Bachelor's degree in design, art, HCI, media or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Master's degree in a related field (preferred).
