Assistant Property Manager Wanted

Property management company looking for assistant property manager part time help with a variety of tasks:

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work hours kid friendly (9 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday)

- Property showings

- Punchlist (list of property work)

- Errands

- Light maintenance

- Light cleaning

TYPICAL MAINTENANCE TASKS:

- Replace blinds

- Replace toilet seats

- Replace high ceiling lamps/light bulbs

- Carpet cleaning stairs

- Paint Touch up

- Clean mold outside walls

- Trash out

REQUIREMENTS (do not apply if you don't any of the below)

- Must have own car and cellphone

- Must live in Killeen

- Bilingual Spanish/English required

Pay starting at $15/hour plus rental commissions
