Associate Tax Attorney

Legal assistants will do a most of the case preparation and footwork and the attorney will represent clients mostly telephonically before the IRS, State taxing agencies and DOJ.

All Federal holidays are paid time off as well as accrued vacation and sick time.

Benefits are available too.

Requirements:

Active Bar license required, can be in any state.

Tax experience preferred but will train candidates with no experience.

Good work ethic - but we work reasonable hours, usually 40-50 hours a week.
