We are looking for passionate line cooks who want to work with the best possible ingredients in a fun creative environment. If you or someone you know would be a great fit, come interview with us!

All hourly staff are paid a base wage of $13/hr plus are part of the tip pool. (Which has bumped up pay to around $25+ an hour) We implement a 22% service fee to make sure staff is paid well for their work. We’re also offering a bonus for all salaried and hourly employees at the end of the year based on a percentage of profits. Health insurance, PTO, sick pay and educational stipends are also a part of your benefits package.

About Us:

Farow is based on the philosophy of combining hyper-seasonal, regional, high quality ingredients with creativity to bring the best possible food to our community. Our menu will be small (10-12 items at each service) and will constantly rotate based on what is available from our local farmers, ranchers and local artisans. We will never have a tomato in January or cherries in November (unless we preserved it from the summer). We have worked diligently to build and sustain relationships with our local producers and will have produce and ingredients to work with year round.

Showing hospitality to our staff, guests, and community; while being conscious and intentional in regard of our impact on the environment is of the utmost importance.

Farrow is open Wednesday through Sunday. We are closed on major holidays.

Currently we are open from 5PM - 9PM for dinner Wednesday-Sunday. We have plans to expand to lunch and brunch and then eventually be open 7 days a week.

About the Position:

The line cook will execute dinner under the direction of the executive chef and chef de cuisine. There will be a constantly changing menu of 10-12 items and you will be working with the best ingredients that can be had on this planet. You will learn flawless execution of a multitude of techniques. Every item we produce is made with purpose. All our produce and meat comes within 10 miles of the restaurant and our spices are all crazy high quality single estate spices. Whatever we can’t grow local or produce in house will be coming from high quality artisans.

Responsibilities:

Managing your specific stations prep

Maintain the consistency and quality of the food during service

Read and follow recipes as directed by the chefs

Maintaining cleanliness standards of food safety, equipment, and the kitchen as a whole

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of a broad range of cooking techniques

Open mindedness

Able to remain focused in a fast paced environment

Ability to work as a team member

1-3 years previous cooking experience, fine dining preferred
