Auto Technician Needed

Real Performance is hiring and I'll keep it simple .We're a busy Colorado Springs, locally owned shop looking to hire a technician. Pay is depending on experience but we're paying anywhere from $22 per hour into the $40s. We are a shop built by taking all the good from 20 years in the industry and leaving out the bad. We are dedicated to making a workplace that's busy but with the proper due times, high quality parts to prevent comebacks, no BS up front employees to slow the shop down, an owner who actually cares about the business, up to date equipment and purchasing whatever is needed, automatic heaters to heat the shop up before you come in, automatic garage door openers, paid vacation and encouraged to take time off when needed, weekends off, open 9am to 5pm. We are looking for a flat-rate A tech or a strong B tech. We need someone who is independent and does not need babysitting. We have a very strong customer base and a very steady work load. We do advertising as needed but we've been too busy over the past year as it is. We have one of the highest average ticket hours out of all the shops in town. We have some of the best pricing which allows us to sell more.
