Advanced Roofing Technologies is now accepting applications for our Accounts Payable/Office Assistant position.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
-Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
-Maintaining historical records
-Paying vendors by scheduling check and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor inquiries regarding finance
-Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
-Continuing to improve the payment process
Experience in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks would be preferred.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 7:30am-12:00pm. Paid vacation time, paid holidays, 401K, Life and Health Insurance and ESOP.
