Active Mountain Nanny Needed in Edwards! Housing Stipend Offered

Location: Winslow Rd, Edwards, Colorado

Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: This family is offering a schedule of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and 45 hours a week guaranteed. They would love a weekly date night.

About the Family:

· Care is for two children. A 2.5-year-old boy who is super active, independent, and loves to play, and a 7-month-old girl who is easy-going and on a great schedule.

· Both parents work from home

· The family is getting an adorable puppy in a month

· The family is laid-back, flexible, and fun. They are embracing Montessori philosophies and mom is getting her Montessori certification

About the Job:

· All standard nanny manager duties including laundry, errands, light tidying, scheduling, taking the kids to the doctors, going to the park, reading to them, pet care, dog walks

· Driving requirementsfamily car provided if the nanny does not have 4-wheel-drive

· Rare travel and overnights may be required occasionally (0-2 times a year)

· All standard benefits, including 5+ days of PTO of the nanny’s choosing and then 10 days to coordinate with the family, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered

· Standard vaccinations required including the flu shot and the covid vaccination

· The family also has a housekeeper for all deep cleaning.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this job will be personable, kind, active, health-conscious, high energy, and willing to build a relationship with the family. Someone who loves to ski, hike, bike, and explore the outdoors would be a great fit. The family is asking that the nanny be open to reading up on Montessori techniques. Nannies must have experience with infants/toddlers and having Montessori experience would be a plus!
