Consumer Technology Consulting and Sales

Entry Level Position

SALES: We need someone knowledgeable about current tech trends, able to talk to customers in a kind and friendly way (regardless of his/her current circumstances), keeps up to date on our inventory status, who knows different cables and connectors and their uses, and who keeps a cool head during a rush.

We prefer someone who has previous experience in tech sales.

CONSULTING: We need someone who can consult over the phone AND in person, knows iOS & Android very well, knows MacOS & Windows very well, has desire to help people with tech problems (we will prefer those with experience doing so), who does not talk down to those who do not understand their technology but encourages people in the way that best suits them, and who is always willing to learn and grow.

MISC: This is a no-drama position. This position removes recycling and trash, helps Mac Ranch with social media presence, and is the lead phone answering position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.50 - $15.00 per hour
