Project:

  • Managing the go-to-market process for a number of SMB payment products, including contributing to the strategic direction, creating new sales and training assets, helping build the partner pipeline and driving ongoing growth of the products
  • Leading or supporting a number of strategic initiatives for the SMB segment, including large scale migration programs, which are aimed to help us achieve our medium to longer term objectives
  • Work is very project based and analytic
  • More of a solution consultant that understands products
  • Will be owning commercialization of the products, need help to rethink approach of how they sell products, what is optimal product for this segment
  • Mid-level hire (3-6 years of work experience)
Background:
  • Must haves:
    • Fintech/financial services industry knowledge/experience
    • Someone who has done B2B sales in fintech/financial services would be a good fit
  • Nice to have
    • Any consulting experience (doesn't have to big 4, any small shop or consulting type work)
    • Payments knowledge
