RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Denver, CO.Key Tasks: Project Manager will deliver full cycle CRM, PRM, and Engagement Center implementations that meet identified client needs on both Salesforce and non-Salesforce platform solutions Lead a seamless transition from the sales and start-up processes to project implementation and on-time final delivery Manage scope, resource utilization to targets, project profitability, and change order processes to ensure financially viable project management As a Project Manager, you will provide creative troubleshooting and adaptive leadership to quickly resolve bottlenecks or other project hurdles Identify and engage the necessary experts and knowledge leaders, both internally and on the client side, as needed As a Project Manager, you will regularly communicate with clients to request feedback and update on project status, expected timelines, and next steps Serve as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders Document timelines and project plans for execution of key steps Lead project status meetings and document risks, obstacles, critical paths, and completed activities Project Managers coordinate project resources including vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure awareness of expectations and deliverablesREQUIREMENTS:3-5 years of project management experience within a consulting environment Salesforce.com certifications including Administrator, App Builder, and/or Sales Cloud/Service Cloud/Health Cloud Previous healthcare, technology, and/or data management exposure, specifically with CRM, PRM, and/or Call Center software systems preferred Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a dynamic, technical environment with the ability to switch gears several times throughout the day Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with varying cross-functional resource teams Exceptional attention to detail along with rational and logical decision-making Strong communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills, with the ability to articulate technical and non-technical information to various audiences Willingness and ability to travel (about 10% of the time when safe to do so)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
